Access to Client Account

We shall have the right to access your FSSAI account using our provided contact details strictly for administrative and communication purposes. No changes will be made without prior client consent.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless FSSAI Group of India from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of misuse of our services or breach of these terms.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Clients irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Turnaround Time (TAT)

Service timelines mentioned are indicative only. Delays caused by external authorities (such as FSSAI Department) are beyond our control. No refund claims shall be entertained due to delays.

• Basic Registration: 25–40 Working Days
• State License: 30–60 Working Days
• Central License: 45–60 Working Days

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FSSAI Group of India, its officers, or employees be liable for indirect or special damages. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the consultancy fees paid by the client.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms shall continue in effect.

Variation of Terms

Assignment

FSSAI Group of India may assign or subcontract its rights under these Terms without notice. Clients may not assign their rights without prior approval.
