Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your trust and aim to provide complete transparency regarding our refund and cancellation terms. Please read the policy carefully before availing of our services.
Refund of Payment Received
- If we are unable to register your business under FSSAI and your application is not filed online, 100% of the amount will be refunded (after deducting the government fee, if paid).
- If the Food Safety Officer requests additional documents or recommends registration under a State or Central License instead of a Basic License, the professional fee already paid will be adjusted against the new license.
- No refund will be provided if:
- You cancel the service after initiation.
- Required documents are not submitted.
- Queries raised by the Food Officer are not complied with.
Refund Request
- Refund requests must be sent to info@fssaigroupofindia.com.
- A request must be raised within 2–5 days of submitting the application.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
- Refunds will be credited through the same payment mode used during the transaction.
Application Submission
- Once an application is filed and an FSSAI Reference Number is generated, no refund will be issued.
Demand for Other Licenses
- We provide services for FSSAI Registration Licenses.
- If the Food Safety Officer requires a different category of license, additional charges will apply. In such cases, no refund will be provided as the service is considered complete.
Client Shortcomings
- If the application cannot be processed due to incomplete or invalid documents, no refund will be issued.
Multiple Payments
- If a client makes multiple payments, a refund will be processed after deducting 30% processing charges (payment gateway & administrative fees).
Service Cancellation / No Documents
- If the client cancels the service after form submission or fails to provide the required documents, no refund will be provided.
Force Majeure
- We shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, strikes, terrorism, or other Force Majeure Events.
